CompEx Scheme Administrator
Job Purpose:
To provide high quality registration and certification administration for the CompEx Scheme.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Registration, exam marking and certification of candidates for the CompEx Scheme, working within agreed timeframes and processes.
Input, update and review candidate and other records/ data to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Manage post in and out as necessary and ensure all filing is done on a regular basis following the appropriate processes.
Provide email and telephone service support to centres and other stakeholders as required referring queries to colleagues, as necessary.
Raise invoices, purchase order requests and other financial data as needed in accordance with standard processes.
Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalent
Administration experience
Good telephone manner
Good organisation skills
Good IT skills
Desirable:
MS Word; MS Excel & MS Dynamics (CRM)
